- FRANCO COLUSSI Added 2017-11-08★ ★ ★ ★ ★A week ago I had received notice from Steve Marshall Ford that the parts were in for a recall on my 2014 F-150. An appointment was set up and on that date I drove the vehicle to the shop. After dropping it off, a free ride home was supplied for me and I was told that when the job was done , they would send a ride to pick me up and they did. My truck was waiting for me all nice and freshly washed at no cost for anything. The people were polite and very friendly and with that attitude I felt great for the rest of the day. Thank you to the people at Steve Marshall. Keep it up.
